With my background in home improvement sales and Information Technology, as well as a comprehensive and continuously updated knowledge of the local markets and the shifting trends,  I help my clients make the most of their options in the Central Maryland area.  As a former Project Manager for an IT government contractor I am able to bring the latest in technology to help make buying and selling homes easier.  With my prior experience in home improvement sales, I is able to assist buyers and sellers with properties that may need repairs, upgrading, or just a little makeover.  My strong negotiating skills, attention to detail, and constant communication are just a few of what makes me a great Realtor.

My designations include the WHC (Workforce Housing Certified) designation.  This helps teachers, firefighter, police, EMT's and other service personnel to find affordable housing.  I also am certified as a Auction Specialist for homes that sell by auction (CAS designation).  I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).  This expands my knowledge with short sales as well as help homeowners who are struggling to pay the mortgage and allow me to explain all their options.

I am also a former marketing/listing agent for HUD foreclosures (Dept. of Housing and Urban Development) in Anne Arundel County and Calvert County.  Those types of properties are great for investors as well as buyers looking to purchase properties with great value and what some "sweat equity."  I also has experience with preparing BPO's for asset managers and banks who need assistance in selling REO properties.

I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, and the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors.  I also serve on several committees within the county board of realtors.
