Get to Know Michael Crockett

     Hi there.  My name's Michael, but most people call me Crockett.    I am a real estate professional with Huntsville-Madison RE/MAX.  I have completed my Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).  I have spent endless hours earning these designations. I feel the more education I have, the better I can serve my clients.  In this ever changing market, your agent must be on top of the latest information. 

     I have extensive experience and knowledge in residential, new construction, and investment real estate.  I have worked closely with investors from New York, to Nashville, to the Huntsville/Madison area.  I enjoy commercial real estate but my true passion is residential real estate, specifically first time home buyers. 

     Before I moved to Huntsville, I was a student at the University of North Alabama and an entrepreneur.  I owned and operated "The Artistic Touch" painting business for four years before graduating from UNA.  I then jumped right into real estate development working for Clear Creek Falls Development, LLC.  It wasn't long before I realized that my calling was to be a full-time real estate professional. 

     I learn something new in this business every day, and I'm always open to new ideas.  This is one reason I enjoy my job so much...it keeps me on my toes.  One thing I will say about myself is that I am absolutely determined to succeed at this business.  I want to make a difference in this industry and I truly believe I can. 

Certifications

     I specialize in First-time Homebuyers.  I have found that these "first timers" need and appreciate my help more than the average consumer; which makes me want to work that much harder for them.  There's no better feeling to me than coaching my clients through the entire process and coming away with a successful transaction, while at the same time teaching them valuable information they will use for the rest of their lives.  This is why, from the very first encounter, I strive to inform my buyers what they can expect when working with me.  This helps to create a smoother transaction and takes away some of the stress caused by venturing into the "unknown".
