I have been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for five years, I currently am ranked Number One salesperson for all of RE/MAX on Long Island, and Number Two in the State of New York.

I specailize in Commercial Investment Properties, Industrial Properties, Office Properties, and Property Assembly for Re-Development for Big Box Retail.

I manage entire portfolios for my clients that range in size from 1 - 40 million in commercial and mixed use properties. I handle leasing of thier spaces upon vacancy, or new purchases, collections of rent, service of eviction, sale of properties, and 1031 exchanges.

My affiliations are; CCIM, SIOR, NYSCAR, LIBOR, LICN, CIBS, and ICSC.

Commercial Investment Sales- In the years 2006- 2007 I have acquired and sold two hotels for my clients, as you know NY is an extremely tough, and expensive market for this venue. Listings on these properties generally are short due to the demand of the Hotel Groups that are buyers in the region. Also through the years I have worked for a select clientele procuring properties with undrvalued rent rolls, that were in need of improvement and have made my clients alot of money over the years.

Commercial Industrial Properties; I represent my clients vigorously and find them User / Buyers, or re-development buyers for thier properties in this class. Industrial property is on eof the hardest properties to represent. The seller's want the most that they can get and the buyers, usually a user / buyer has a clear concious of what is affordable for his business. The greater NY Tri-State region is difficult for this reason.

Property Assembly & Re-Development; I work with a National Developer with a portfolio in the hundreds of millions that when a requirement arisies I assemble several peices for the venue so his requirement is fullfilled. The most extensive assembly to date has been nine (9) seperate peices with eight (8) seperate owners, and thier attorneys. That was a good project, and I completed it.
