Michael Nielsen
has been in the mortgage industry since 1997. He has had a diverse background and brings extensive knowledge in all aspects of mortgage financing. Mike has seen the ups and downs of interest rates and the changes in programs firsthand from the experience of some of America's largest wholesale lenders. As a processor, underwriter, closer and account executive for some of the largest mortgage companies in the United States, he has been around the block and knows how to navigate the murky waters of the "post-collapse" mortgage industry.

Michael is a father and a husband and active in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis where he lives.  You can find him there at a local coffee shop, the co-op, farmer's market, running the lakes with his dog, or perhaps at the Calhoun archery range with his family.  Count on the fact that he knows Minneapolis and Metro Minnesota neighborhoods!
