| I was a out of town seller, I was very impressed with how Manny took control of the listing and the marketing of my house. he helped find businesses to do some of the repairs that were needed and made sure the repairs were done to satisfy the buyers needs. he also handled some difficulties with the tenants that were in the property, so we could show the property to prospective buyers.
