I have been in the mortgage business since 2003.  The company I started my career with was known for their extensive mortgage training.  The company actually made us go to their corporate office for 7 weeks.  I have been able to take that unbelievable training and generate a high level of business ever since.  I have a lot of experience due to doing an average of 150 loans per year.  I am certified to do Foreign National Loans as well as FHA 203k Renovation Loans.  I have fantastic outlets for Jumbo loans as well the ability to place loans that need a lot of creativity with Portfolio Banks that we have relationships with.  From a service standpoint, I guaranteed you it doesn't get any better.  We process, underwrite and fund 99% of all our loans in house which means the file never leaves my office.  The only loans that we don't underwrite and fund (we still process them) are the loans that need a lot of creativity because we typically broker them.  This allows me to have total control over the loan process which keeps our service level at the very highest level imaginable.
