Maxine was born in Jackson Memorial Hospital & raised in North Miami & Miami Beach, Florida.  During her grade school years, she excelled in music & was accepted into the prestigious Julliard School of New York.  Although to this day, Maxine benefits from the education in fine arts, her true calling is in sales.  Maxine came back to South Florida after college & quickly became a top grossing sales representative for Max Factor before taking the plunge into Real Estate.

Maxine possessed a natural panache for sales & this talent catapulted her into Top Producer status during most of her 30 years as a Realtor.  She has also benefited from being a 29 year resident of Plantation Acres.  Along with her husband Fred, Maxine is a true animal lover.  In the wonderful family atmosphere of Plantation Acres, they have been able to create a lovely home for themselves, as well as for their extended family of pets.

She is very dedicated to the community & has created strong ties throughout Western Broward, as well as on the eastside of Broward County, by establishing an outstanding reputation.  She built this reputation by providing professionalism & unsurpassed customer service to each & every client on all types of real estate transactions.  Maxine understands that a client hires a Realtor to give them expertise & peace of mind; she goes out of her way to make sure that each transaction is always handled with the best interest of the client.

Currently Maxine is ranked top ½ of 1% in National Real Estate Sales & in the Top Five for EWM in Broward County.  In 2005 she was inducted in to the Master Brokers Forum.  EWM's affiliation with the world's leading relocation companies has given her the opportunity to work with Buyers & Sellers from all over the globe.
