I am a hard working lady who always gives it her best. I saw the movie Pollyanna too many years ago to count and loved the concept "Look for the good in people". This philosophy has worked well for me since then. I have 1 husband, 1 daughter (and son-in-law) 6 (yes 6) grandchildren, 3 horses, 1 dog, and 3 peacocks (there is a story about them). I grew up in the San Jacinto Valley and have lived in Riverside most of my life, making me familiar with the majority of Riverside County.

| WORLDS REATEST REALTOR : SHARON SHEPHERD My husband and I started looking for a home as people do. We went to the bank, got our approval letter in hand. That person reccommended a realtor that she works with and we gave her a call. My husband, wo is an honest man, gave this realtor his word that he would purchase our home through her. She never showed us a home and when we wanted to place an offer she would tell us, "Oh, that's not high enough". We searched for months and had lots of opportunites but could never get her to write up and offer for us. After eleven months I decided to tell my husband, "I know yolu don't like to go back on your word, but, we neeed to get a new realtor or give up". Giving up wasn't on option with us. I decided to look for a new reator. I was introduced to Sharon Shepherd via phone. Me and my husband met with Sharon the next day, and, oh my, we thought is this really happening. Sharon took the time to listen to what we were looking for and took us to see several homes that first day. We were so excited that Sharon put back the fun in looking for our very first home. Yes, it took some time. We lost a few homes to other buyers, but Sharon didn't let us give up. Sharon kept us motivated and up beat. We were constantly in contact and Sharon was always on the ball. Sharon fought to the very last second for us and we now own our very first home and it's a home with what we asked for: 2,000 plus square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, inside wash room and all the amenities.
