| Matt Jankowski is an excellent agent. From the beginning when you first contact him to inquire about listing or buying, he does a lot of research to guide you in the right direction and is always looking out for the best interest of his client, no matter of the situation. He keeps you informed of the process and how things are going during the transaction and goes the extra mile by attending home inspections and appraisals so he can educate his clients of the findings before they are made known in the reports. We have used him in several transactions, including 2 listings and a purchase. He sold both of our listings within 48 hours and our most recent sale he obtained the highest per square foot pricing in the area to date. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home and will definitely use him again when we are ready to buy again. |

| Matthew demonstrated extreme professionalism at all times and always answers his phone. From the first day until the completion of the sale.
