Unlike many agents that attempt to sell anywhere in Georgia where they have a lead, I have decided to focus on Smyrna, Vinings and Buckhead.  I spent the first 18 years of my life living in Buckhead before going off to school at Georgia Tech.  For the last 4 years, I have based my office out of Buckhead and I am continuously amazed at the growth and transformation it has undergone in recent years.  For the last 3 years, I have lived in the Smyrna Vinings area and I currently own a home just a few blocks behind the Smyrna Village.  I realized that you can't be an expert on everything so I've decided to focus on the markets that surround me.  I host Smyrna Blog where I provide my readers news and insight into Smyrna's new construction and resale marketplace.

In what was suposed to be an off year (2006), I grew my business by 40% and sold 29 homes representing almost $10 M in sales volume.  These sales were made up of buyers, sellers, and new construction transactions.  More than 80% of that business was in 30080, 30082, and 30126.  For my acomplishments I was awarded Coldwell Banker's International President's Circle Award given to the top 10% of agents nationally. 

Recently I switched from Coldwell Banker to Paces Ferry Realty because of the strong presence they have in the new construction marketplace.  PFR represents builders and developers in the sale of single family homes, townhomes, and high-rise condominiums with an emphasis on the luxury market.  They build their on-site sales teams with a "rotating agent" design so that team members are never on the same project more than two days a week.  This allows their agents to be involved with new construction sales without having to give up their resale and buyer business.  Currently I am on the sales and marketing team for Vintage Square townhomes in Smyrna, priced from the high $300s to the low $500s.
