Get to Know Mary Anne S. Daly
Growing up with a father in finance, a mother whose career was in nursing, and an uncle who was a real estate broker, I began my real estate career at the age of 18 where I became a licensed Realtor in Maryland.
Since then I’ve helped many clients buy their primary homes, second homes and investment properties as well as refinance existing properties. I’ve been informing the public since 2008 through blogging and more recently through newspaper features and on AM radio via my radio show: Tea Time with Queen of the Loan airing weekly for 2 years here in the San Francisco Bay Area on KNEW AM 960. Some of my clients challenging loans have been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle Real Estate section feature: Just Approved.
I also spent 2 years appearing regularly on Greg O’Donnell’s Money Matters radio show on KSFO informing the public about loans and the mortgage market.
In early 2008 I began to receive calls from CPAs and Realtors with clients seeking help with loan modifications and after extensive research, took over Trusted Mortgage Pro where I helped many homeowners workout lower payments with their lenders. It was a labor of love and I'm proud of the results attained for struggling homeowners.
Since 2011, I’m happy to be back in day to day lending helping clients navigate the brave new world of real estate finance In 2017 I joined Stearns, a mortgage leader that has been in business more than 25 years. "We Can Help You" is our company slogan and we live it every day.
