We have been adding additional training to our repetoire for many years, including designations of ABR Accredited Buyer Representative, GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, Broker, and also classes in Diversity, Senior Housing and this year we will add AARE, Accredited Auctioneer for Real Estate.
The next are the systems to get the job done efficiently. We have put in place systems to handle all fases if the real estate process. When a specific formula is used every single time, you not only get consistency, but you get the best possbile performance.
We also believe in technology. We have invested in the best that is available and constantly update what we are using so that we stay ahead of the curve. Leveraging our business with technology helps our clients have the best experience.
Last, but certainly not least, are people. We do not try to do every single thing ourselves. Everyone within our organization has specific jobs. If you marry that with systems and technology you have the best possible arrangement for a good outcome.
