It's in my nature to find new ways to do things. When I entered real estate 4 years ago, I was amazed at how far behind many agents were in using technology to communicate with their clients. They were still FAXing new listings to their clients!

Thankfully, I don't do that and its easy to email clients just about anything. Want new listings as they come on the market? No problem, sign up for my email service on my webiste; need some privacy when getting documents at work? - I'll efax/email them to you- no need to wait at a fax machine hoping no one sees it first. When listing you property, I'll not only list it on craiglist but put up a graphic ad. So- I'm not afraid of using technology and I'm not afraid of my clients using the internet to find property. We work as a team.

Certifications

I've lived in Virginia for 20 years, worked in DC and Virginia and have lived in Arlington for 15 years. Think I'm familar with the area? You bet I am. I'm one of the few agents that doesn't get a nose-bleed when I work around Arlington & Alexandria and go outside the beltway in the same day! I know my way around.

I am a certified buyer's agent (ABR) and an EPro- two things that were important to me: learning better ways to servce buyers and improve my internet expertise to better communicate with my clients.
