I am a full time Associate Broker with a SRES (Senoirs Real Estate Specialist) designation, a CBR (Certified Buyers Representative) certificate and am a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). I work for a great local company, Syracuse Realty Group, which believes that not only are we selling real estate, we are selling communities. People have to love where they choose to live, so for this reason we provide them with the tools necessary to make informed decisions.
To me real estate is not just about loving to look at houses, it is about providing your clients with the best possible personalized service. As I see it, it is "unique" to each individual you deal with and it is by far the biggest decision they will make. It shouldn't be taken lightly and it isn't about the "deal".
I am known for my patience, professionalism and attention to details. I work hard at building relationships with all those involved in the transaction so my clients have the smoothest and least stressful experience possible. I believe in educating people about the process of buying and selling so they can feel comfortable with their final decision.

Certifications
One of my areas of expertise is the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) which seeks to instill knowledge and understanding of and empathy for 50+ real estate clients and customers. I am trained to assist clients and customers to make decisions relating to finances, ideal over 50 housing locations and property types, as well as anticipating future needs as you or your loved ones age. I consult with clients/customers and at times their families to review their current housing situation and outline topics to weigh as they consider their next move. Not only do I provide infromation but I can also develop a team of experts and advisors to assist you with every step while you're exploring your options and determining the very best place to call home.
Another one of my specialties is Historic Preservation homes. I have completed our board's Historic Preservation course and I live in one of these neighborhoods, therefore I fully understand the regulations and can assist buyers and sellers because of my firsthand knowledge.

| Mary took time to make staging suggestions and took such beautiful (& plentiful) pictures of my house that I fell back in love with it. The house sold in 4 days for almost full asking price & top of CMA. There was a last minute inspection issue that came up and Mary & Syracuse Realty Group went way above the call of duty to fix it and make the deal go through. I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful Mary made the whole experience. |
