Our team consists of Rob Baxter, his wife Mary Baxter and buyer specialist-Walter Bredel.  We are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Associaiton of Realtors and the Poconos Mountains Association of Realtors.

Having lived in the area most of his life and with over 25 years in the business Rob has seen hot markets, down markets and everything in between.  Rob holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, Certified Residential Broker designation and the Accredited Buyers Representative designation all designed to further educate agents and brokers on how to provide exceptional service to their clients.  Rob is a successful owner and agent for both residential and commercial property transactions and as a property manager for investment real estate.  Rob is a member of the planning commission for Tobyhanna Township as will as being involved in the Pocono Heritage Land Trust-a locally based conservation group dedicated to protecting important lands and waters, open space, agricultural landscapes and the natural heritage of the Pocono Mountains region.

Mary Baxter came to the Poconos in 1995 to raise her two boys.  Having been raised in a family involved in real estate management and ownership she became a licensed real estate agent with RE/MAX of the Poconos in 1998.  Mary currently holds numerous designations such as the Accredited Buyers Representative, Accredited Sellers' Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, ePRO-Certified Technology Professional, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and Senior Residential Specialist.  Mary is a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute and is an associate member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.  In addition she is active in her community and held the position of President of the Wagner Forest Board of Directors and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Evergreen Community Charter School.

After an extensive and exciting career as a professional photographer with subjects ranging from famous individuals to exquisite architecture Walter Bredel began his second career and earned his real estate license in 1999,  Walter also holds the Accredited Buyer Representatie designation and enjoys working entirely for buyers.
