| Martha is simply the best. She helped us find our house in Redondo Beach, California, in 2002 under difficult conditions (during the last real estate boom), and helped us to find a buyer under even more difficult conditions just before the bubble popped in 2008. Both moves were extremely stressful, especially leaving our beloved Southbay and moving out of state, but having Martha on our side made all of the difference. I would give her my highest possible recommendation, to anyone, and I already have numerous times. | I met Martha when I called on one of her properties after seeing a lease sign. She got back to me immediately, asked really pertinent questions about what I was looking for and started sending me listings of amazing properties within my budget -- much more luxurious properties than what I was finding on my own for the same price! Then she rearranged her schedule to fit mine and spent two afternoons searching with me before finding the perfect lease situation for me and my boyfriend. There were several applications in for this amazing house, but she presented such a professional package and really worked with the listing agent to the point that we were put to the top of the application list. She is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, fun and makes the whole process of searching for a home pleasurable! I definitely would recommend that you call Martha, she will work for you and make it seem like play! |

| I have used the services of Martha Alonso to buy two homes and sell two homes and I have been delighted each time. Martha is the "energizer bunny" of the real estate industry since she is constantly on th go to get the best real estate deals for her clients. In my most recent real estate experience with Martha, we had to sell our home in Redondo Beach during the worst housing slump in history and purchase our current home in Palmdale (100+ miles northeast in the SOCAL high desert). Despite having to travel long distances and working under tight deadlines and a bad housing economy, we were able to sell our house and purchase our current home in less than a month. |
