My experience as both an Agent and an Owner/Broker of RE/MAX Signature Real Estate has given me the opportunity to work directly with hundreds of agents and thousands of buyers and sellers since 1985. Having experienced 2 economic downturns in real estate, we understand the importance of being a knowledgable and trusted advisor to customers, clients, and the agents in our company. We have extensive experience counseling homeowners who are in financial distress, and consider it a privilege to be of service in this area.

RE/MAX Signature Real Estate serves Suffolk and Nassau Counties, with 2 regional offices on the North and South Shores of Long Island. Two thirds of our agents hold one or more professional designations, with over half being CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) certified. We successfully represernt both buyers and sellers and offer a comprehensive range of services, support and marketing to our customers and clients.

In addition to comparable sales, we provide a regional overview of appreciation/depreciation trends on a quarterly basis, a profile of competing properties that might also be attractive to the buyer for your home, and a statistical analysis of a braod range of sold and unsold homes so as to insure that we obtain the maximum possible sale price without overshooting the goal and having your home sit on the market for an extended period of time!
