| The Boyland team, Mark, Jennifer and Madalyn were absolutely superior in accomplishing the short sale of our house. The process was quite arduous and lengthy due to a lien on the property that needed to be cleared. The Boyland team were always available to advise and tirelessly re- submitted paperwork , as well as recommencing negotiation with the lender several times. They negotiated extremely well and achieved a result that not only relieved us from the burden of our situation but the outcome of which satisfied all parties. | I met Mark while selling my home and I was moving to another state for a job opportunity. It was stressful trying to sell a one-bedroom condo in a declining real estate market. I was using another realtor, but they were unable to sell the property. I saw one of Mark’s flyers and I reached out to him. I was desperately trying to avoid foreclosure. During our initial meeting to discuss my situation, Mark gave me a sense of hope and confidence that he would be able to help me. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the market, and I felt I had the right person on my side. I was subsequently well taken care of by his team of professionals, who were patient, caring and compassionate. Whenever I called the office, they made me feel like family. There were a few times I was ready to give up in frustration, because the bank was being so difficult. Mark and his team encouraged me to hold on, and reassured me that things would improve. The process was long, but they kept me updated every step of the way. The entire team worked hard and ultimately we were successful. In the end, I was able to sell my condo as a short sale, thereby avoiding foreclosure and protecting my financial situation. Mark also helped raise awareness of the needs of so many people, like myself, who were facing foreclosure because of the declining housing market. | Mark Boyland was honest and knowledgeable about pricing and my house sold within the range he gave me. I relied heavily on Mark, who consistently gave me sound advice about dealing with a very difficult buyer.
