Creative Family Solutions LP basically is a Consulting Firm. Work to help families that are in danger of facing foreclosure due to their unique situations that are beyond their control. Unfortunately families facing foreclosure are our next generation of Homeless, if we as a whole do not help. What we do is help families utilize their Community's Resources to obtain options that are suitable for their particular needs. Each family’s situation is very different. CFS will also assist and guide the families in the options that are available for their unique situation Short Sale, Short Refi ,loss Mitigation, Restructure their loans, refer to Refinance, refer to non-profits for eviction prevention etc.
