Marguerite Marrs has been working full-time in Real Estate in Puget Sound for over 15 years.  She currently is a Director with KW Commercial, and has been with Keller Williams as a commercial agent since April 2006. She is a top producing agent, and her sales are consistently in the top five percent of her market center.  She has served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and was the Market Center Chairperson of the K.W. Cares Committee.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Seattle King County Association of Realtors, the Commercial Broker's Association, the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Woman.)

Some of the recent sales and leases Marguerite has worked on this past year include; a 20 year lease and build-out with Zeek's Pizza in Lynnwood; the sale and development of land on Bothell-Everett Hwy., for new construction of a Dental Office; a lease for a start-up R&D Business; a lease and buildout of a large dance school in Mill Creek; the Sale of Russel & Hill Law Building at 1732 Broadway in Everett; a 5 year lease with a private, Chef Dane, and buildout of a commercial kitchen in Lynnwood; 10 year lease and buildout of a sports bar in the Juanita area of Kirkland, slated to open this August; a lease with a large coffee company on a coffee stand in Mukilteo; among many others, including managing and leasing for a large commercial property in Lynnwood for the 14th year for a client's in Hong Kong.
