Pinnacle Residential Properties was founded in 2003 by Elaine Bannigan Spoto and Vincent Spoto. Elaine had a highly successful real estate career with over 25 years of being one of the top agents in the area. Vin has a strong technology background being founder and CEO of several early stage companies.

Elaine serves as a director of the Wellesley Chamber of Commerce. Vin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Regioanl Chapter of the Better Business Bureau and is a member of the technology committee of the Massachusetts Assoociation of Realtors.

This past year we asked our Pinnacle brokers to think about a new tag line that tells everyone, with brevity and with clarity, what we're all about. We asked our brokers because they know better than anyone what our ideals are. We also asked them because they are excellent marketing people.
Each member of the Pinnacle team submitted multiple entries. All of them shared common threads: with different words virtually everyone told of our cutting edge marketing coupled with the highest service standards of ethics and excellence. It showed us they understood exactly what we're about.
After a great deal of deliberation, we chose the above entry. We believe that it captured our ethic directly and with fewest words. We congratulate and thank everyone of our Pinnacle team for their contributions as well as for who they are and what they stand for.
