As the Broker/Owner of M Group Realty with offices in Canton, Ann Arbor and Westland, we specialize in short sales, REO and Corporate Relocation. I am a former teacher and so I understand the background a buyer may need in purchasing in today's market. Having been recently certified as a short sale and foreclosure specialist, I also hold an MBA, a unique combination with an education background, and best used to inform today's buyer on the current market conditions and strategically presenting offers. Analytics occupying a majority of my strategy is also a huge benefit for seller's desiring to realize a quick turnaround time for inventory. I work with a number of banks/investment companies marketing properties throughout southeast Michigan.
