My name is Marcus Hamilton Perry. I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a Business Administration minor. I became a licensed RE Salesperson in 1983 and received my broker's license in 1984. Much of real estate career has been in the origination of home mortgage loans. I have worked for large banks/mortgage bankers and have also operated my own mortgage company (Napa Valley Mortgage Group). I do understand qualifying buyers and only work with those that have been pre-qualified. This not only saves everyone time but also ensures that when presenting offers to sellers I am extremely confident in the ability of my clients to close the transaction.

When not working with buyers or sellers you can generally find me on the tennis courts playing doubles. I have a USTA rating of 4.5 and love playng league tennis.
