| In selling my Mom's home, I could not have asked for a more amazing experience... And where my parents lived up until a short time before my Dad's passing. The exceptional professional, and at the same time deeply relational service we received from Anthony Hall leaves me feeling amazed that there are actually people out there that not only know how to drive a negotiation well and continually manage all of the details of a sale of a home from going sideways, and when it does begin to move sideways for a million and a half reasons that can create hurdles along the way, Anthony Hall identified, called attention to, and drove the deal toward successful sale in ways I honestly have never seen before. There is no doubt in my mind that without the expertise of Anthony, the closing of escrow of my mom's house would not have happened as it did. Not because it wasn't possible, but because a lot of work had to be done to keep everyone on track that were the moving pieces to the deal... Buyers, buyers agents, appraisers, requests, loan agents, underwriters, escrow requirements... Long distance relationship between us as the sellers and Anthony having to email and fax documents back and forth for our signatures... All. Handled. Amazingly! And! Efficiently! So much so that I would even use him for a long distance sale where he is the one distant from the property...
