Pat was formerly a foreign language teacher--French and Spanish--so she understands the value and importance of knowledge.  Whether it's knowledge of the local real estate markets, technology or her pursuit of Real Estate designations, she is always learning so that the consumer can benefit.  She has the following Real Estate specific designations:  Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Internet Technology Specialist (ePRO).  She's also a successful Real Estate Instructor.

Pat has also lived in two foreign countries so she understands International relocation.
