By using creative and cost-effective ideas I am able to offer a fresh perspective on a home's style and decor. Some of the services I provide include staging consultations - where the homeowner does most of the work themselves, vacant home stagings and "ambiance" packages. I bring in accessories, artwork and rearrange the existing furniture to accentuate the home's best features. I was recently featured in a special feature by the Washington Business Journal titled "In Focus: Residental Real Estate". This might include staging a home prior to preparing digital photos or a virtual tour, or "freshening" up prior to an Open House. I have a good understanding of the local real estate markets and am able to provide assistance in marketing plans. I often combine staging services with preparation of marketing documents, including property flyers, just listed/sold cards and online advertising.
