I like working the Listing side of Residentail Real Estate. The biggest reason for this is that there is a Buyer for every property. The challenge is finding out what a Buyer is willing to pay for that property. If every property was the same this would not be a challenge or if a home was a car and we did not have memories of children Graduating from High School or getting Married in the back yard the price would be less emotional. The facts are we can get close to your homes value with a market analisys, if all factors are equal new roof, new windows, new furnace ect. The market analisys shows how the compitition has maintained there home. Remember we just show you your compitition you decide where you want to  set your price. At the same time remember price and market time work hand in hand. If you over price your home you increase the time on the market and miss that home Buyer that is qualified to Buy your home Now. Buyers do look at your compitition, just like you shop.Would you pay more for your home when the one a block away is less money totaly updated. You see having an Agent willing to tell you the truth will save you time and Money.
