I have been in the Real Estate profession since 2004, first as a Licensed Mortgage Broker and later also as a licensed Realtor. I truly enjoy this profession. I like working with buyers, sellers and borrowers; helping my clients achieve their goals is a great reward for me.
My experience lies mainly in residential and commercial mortgages, and residential and commercial real estate sales. I'm very comfortable to take on these kind of transactions. I've also completed state course designed to become a Florida Title Insurance Agent, which gave me a more thorough understanding of all major areas of real estate transactions. Besides the above, I'm interested in Business Brokerage and have epanded my knowledge in the sales and valuation of businesses.
Of course, I also had my fair share of Short Sales and Foreclosure sales and I'm extremely familiar with these two types of transactions from both the seller's and buyer's perspective.
