As president of LRS Venture Group, we are currently purchasing Performing and Non-Performing Notes secured by residential property nationwide. LRS Venture Group works with asset managers, hedge funds, and other lending entities that are the holders of these notes.

LRS Venture Group has several exit strategies that we use. One of the many ways we work with these Non-Performing loans is to modify the borrowers loan agreement to keep them in their home with more affordable payments, allow the borrower to do an early payoff, or we may sell the note to other investors. These are just a few of the exit strategies we may use. We will put together lucrative deals secured by real estate that make our investors achieve better than average returns. Many investors are using their self directed IRA for funding.

LRS Venture Group works closely with private investors. Through networking and building strong relationships we have built a good rapport with our investors. We are continuously looking for private Investors and JV partners.
