Lisa Sachleben is a Certified Interior Redesigner and Home Stager and has 8 years experience working in the field. She developed her natural gifts as an artist and designer through art studies at OhioStateUniversity. Lisa is a member of Toastmasters International and has earned her Competent Communicators Designation. She spoke at the 2007 Realty Rally and has done many presentations for various associations, brokerages and title companies. She has trained other home stagers and published several articles on the subject of staging. As a member of Women’s Council of Realtors, she served as the 2007 Secretary and was named the WCR Affiliate of the Year in 2008. She is also an affiliate member of the Aurora Board of Realtors and a sponsor for Investors Realty Resource. She served as CASP secretary from 2006 – 2009. Lisa’s business includes both real estate staging and interior redesign. She works with realtors to help them prep their listings to sell quickly and for maximum profit.

Ever since she was a little girl, Lisa had a passion for making spaces special. Growing up in a large family, and then raising one of her own, she learned to be resourceful and find simple cost-effective design solutions by using what was available in creative ways. Lisa loves the concept of redesign because most people have enough things, they just need help pulling it all together and using it to the best advantage. One of her greatest joys is hearing people say, “Wow! I never imagined it could look this good." She finds real satisfaction in achieving this without spending a lot of money!
