With deep roots in the Lowcountry, born and reared in Savannah, Ga, I saw first hand the development of Hilton Head Island and I guess I am showing my age now but I was here for the first Heritage of Golf at HarbourTown in 1969; of course I was a mere child. I moved here permanently in 1985 and immediately went to work with the Sea Pines Real Estate Co. helping others become a part of the Lowcountry, too. I offer experience and local knowledge not only having been here for the development of Hilton Head Island but the development of Greater Bluffton as well. I've seen it all and oh my, how we have grown! My greatest thrill is helping buyers, sellers and investors in real estate achieve their dreams.
In 2004, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to bring the Keller Williams Realty franchise to Hilton Head Island. In 2008 we expanded into the Bluffton market with an office in Berkeley Place and we have grown in this short time to become the largest real estate company in the Lowcountry. Keller Williams Realty International is the third largest real estate company in North America and while other real estate companies are declining in agent membership, Keller Williams Realty continues to grow year after year. Each office is privately owned and operated.

I specialize in all things real estate! In the beginning I worked with buyers, sellers and investors on HHI, concentrating on the investor market, second home ownership and helping folks achieve their dream of becoming a part of this beautiful Island paradise. With the development of Greater Bluffton, my business grew to include a more residential market, new developments, the age restricted community of Sun City and first time home buyers.
The evolution today brings us to short sales and foreclosures. I am certified by the National Association of Realtors with a designation as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. I believe in education and training to keep abreast of the changes in our field. I am active in our local and state Association of Realtors having served on both the state and local Boards of Directors and served as President of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors in 2008.
