Working in the mortgage business for 8 years has opened my eyes to the many loan programs, lenders and technologies offered which resulted in a well rounded understanding of the industry. My mortgage clients vary from First Time Home Buyers to Seasonal Snow Birds looking to find their piece of paradise with a second home in Florida. Customers enjoy my mortgage services because I give personalized service by making myself available and providing excellent communication throughout the loan transaction. As a wholesale lender my mortgage rates are very low and always beat my strongest mortgage loan competition like big banks and credit unions while still giving clients great customer service. Regular mortgage education gives me the edge and ability to offer the best mortgage loan programs without any surprises. My company Trinity Home Solutions is located in St Petersburg Florida but I proudly offer my services throughout the state of Florida and even offer mortgage loans in all 50 of the United States. Outside of the business I am a wife, mother, sister and a friend. My husband Mark and I have one daughter, Alivia and Stephen our newest addition. We also have a small zoo of animals including an american bullbog named Ginger, a ball python named Tiny and two large fish tanks with africian chiclids in one tank and an Airowana and Oscar in the other tank. I have am a passionate follower Jesus Christ and I am a member of Calvary Chapel St Petersburg. I volunteer weekly at the Pregnancy Center of Pinellas County mentoring, educating and empowering women in crisis pregnancies. I feel this is an important cause that helps provide women with the tools and information they need to be the best Mommies they can be! Being an almost a native of Florida (yes like most of us I was not born here but have lived here since the age of 4 - I was born in upstate New York) I enjoy the 360 days of sunshine and beautiful weather St Petersburg Florida has to offer.
