With years of sales and marketing experience I understand and believe in the power of marketing.   I  utilize all of the tools available to create buzz and exposure for my listings.   My background in Interior Design gives me and my clients an edge on both the buying and selling sides.   Whether it is Pre-Sale "Home Polishing" to prepare a home for sale, or assisting a buyer in seeing the "Possibilities" in the homes we are viewing - my ability to help my clients with "vision" gives them a leg up.  A big part of a successful real estate transaction is negotiating on the client's behalf to ensure a successful closing that is a WIN-WIN for all parties.   That is our committment, our culture and our goal.  We are involved with many local charitiies and foundations and committed to giving back to the community.   For each successful closing - we make a donation to one of our partnered charities in our client's name.   Current partners include:  Be The Match Foundation, Many local Public Schools Foundations, ICA Foodshelf , Humor to Fight the Tumor.   We love helping relocation clients find the area, neighborhoods and amenities that ensure their long term satisfaction with their new lives.
