I came down from British Columbia, Canada in 1990 and was licensed as a Real Estate agent in 1990. I owned and operated Century 21 Carousel Realty with my husband, David Cooper for six years. I was designated broker for the last 3 years. We specialed in the Arcadia, Camelback Mountain, Paradise Valley and historic homes. Having worked for several large franchise brokerages over the years we opened Cooper Fine Properties in 2006.
Since opening our company we have been very successful with lakeside homes in Garden Lakes in Avondale Arizona.
We are specializing in the west valley in towns like Avondale, Goodyear, Tolleson, Litchfield Park, Glendale, Surprise, Peoria and the Sun City's.
In this lender owned market, I work with first time home buyers and investors. With first time home buyers there is the federal grant of $8,000 if you close on a home before Nov. 30th.
There is also monies from a stimulus program that give first time home buyers up to 22% towards their down payment. Buyers till need to qualify for the loan and have 3% of their own monies. Email me for details.
Properties are still priced low enough for investors to purchase and lease out or flip.
Another specialty is lakeside homes in Maricopa County. Specifically lakeside homes in Garden Lakes and Crystal Gardens in Avondale. Some lakes are only to view, some have fishing and some have electric motor or man powered boats.
