Everyone will promise you great rates and fees, but the reality is that most mortgage bankers and brokers have about the same rates and fees. However, the biggest difference is service and the ability to handle and close your loan efficiently and on time. You can say you have the best rates and programs in the world, but it does not mean anything if you can't get the loan closed.
Having a strong back office is one of the most important parts of any mortgage company. Not only having the right amount of people but having the highest qualified people. Every single person who works in our office has a minimum of 10 years in the mortgage business.
