We at Oakwood Home Realty strive to satisfy our clients, no matter what their needs. We are a small company with a couple agents, my self one of them. We have a competitive commission base. We also offer a home warranty program for our clients paid for by us for the first year. We are locally owned and operated. And can be of service when needed. I myself really enjoy first time homebuyers. The excitement is unmatchable. I also deal with land purchases. I will walk that land with you. In our office we deal with all aspects of real estate. Commercial, vacation, land, first homes, second homes, retirement homes, etc. G & A Home Mortgage is with in our office also. We can get you approved and then go look for homes right away!
Our commission rates are up to you, generally 5%-9% depending on the listing. We offer both buyers and sellers a home warranty covering major appliances upon a successful closing. This we provide for the first year for buyers and the length of the listing for the seller.
