I am a member of a dynamic Real Estate company that is totally focused on all aspects of the real estate process. We get up to date training from professionals throughout the real estate community as well as from the professionals at our own brokerage. As a Realtor, my first priority is the people I work with as buyers and sellers. I want to represent the public as a Realtor who can put their interests above my own. I don't want to just find my buyer a home. I want to find my buyer the perfect home to meet their home needs for years to come. As far as Sellers, not only do I want to sell thier home quickly, I want to accurately price their home to sell for the equity they have in it.
Being a licensed Realtor I can buy or sell anything in the Oklahoma city area, but Working for a builder my primary areas of interest are custom builds, primarily in Choctaw as we have three wonderful Additions in that area. Two of which are still establishing themselves to their full potential. Gemini has several different offerings for the real estate public. We have a community on 44Th street in Del City which is geared toward retired individuals seeking a quiet place to live with a sense of real community. In this one addition we have leased duplexes, as well as pre-built and custom built homes. The additions in Choctaw are Custom built homes on 1/2 to 1 acre lots.
