| Working with Laurie to sell my house was a great decision. She made a tough situation go a lot easier because of her honesty, integrity, and experience. She is very good at seeing the entire picture and presenting it for what it is to both the seller and any potential buyers. When the decision was made to list the house rather than throw it up on the web she took the time to put together all the details and present the best possible package. When deciding on a price to list it I didn't feel any pressure to sell it for less than it was worth. Her knowledge of the local market made it easy to trust her recommendation on selling price. In the end it sold for almost exactly what she thought it would. During the process, which can be stressful and exhausting, she stayed in contact. I was always informed on how the listing was doing on the web, any showings were done with ample warning, there really weren't any surprises because she covers her bases so well.
