I have the priviledge of working for the most recognized name in real estate, Century 21, and the number one firm in Elkhart County. Founded over 50 years ago, CENTURY 21 Landmark Realty Group has brought together a desirable blend of experienced residential and commercial sales professionals. This, combined with our topnotch management and highly competent support staff, has created a dynamic team that effectively leads the Elkhart County Market year after year.
I am a member of the Elkhart County Board of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Investors Association of North Central Indiana, Inc., and Optimist International. Most recently, I have completed training and am a Home Retention Certified Specialist. I have the training to assist homeowners in negotiating with their lender to do a possible loan modification. In some cases, this is simply not an option, so I work with the home owner to preserve their credit by doing a possible short sale. Contact me if you find yourself in a situation such as this. There are options!
Whether you are a first time buyer, investor or empty nester, I want to assist you in all your real estate needs. I will focus on your dreams, necessities, family and financial concerns. Buying and selling real estate can be a disruptive event, and I am commited to taking care of all your needs from the moment we meet until well after the transaction is complete.
