My name is Lisa Sanford, I am a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  I specialize in assisting sellers and buyers in the King George, Colonial Beach, and Bowling Green Virginia communities. Originally from Delaware, I moved to Woodbridge Virginia at the age of twenty. The military brought me here, I spent twenty three years of my life in a military dependent roll.  I know the needs and desires of the men and women that serve and need to relocate.  In Dahlgren we have a rich military presence. I attended Moseley School of Real Estate, I did the online class and taught myself all the national and state laws. 

Some personal aspects about me to help you get to know me and what drives me; in 2008 when I lost my mother from a brain aneurysm I found that I too had an unruptured one. I immediately had brain surgery. This had me realizing the things I did not do yet. I enrolled in college. I am the only one in my family with a college degree. My degree is in business with a certificate in accounting. I am also licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a cosmetologist. Discernibly creativity is a quality I possess which will come in handy when marketing your home.
