Originally from Long Island, New York, Lisa has been living in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years. She has over 25 years of Sales, Marketing and Advertising experience which included selling enterprise computer systems to Fortune 500 companies for Unisys Corporation in New York City, as a recruiting specialist for Kforce Staffing in Tampa and selling luxury motor homes and RV’s for Lazy Days in Seffner, Florida. She gained substantial expertise in high-dollar sales negotiations, professional product presentations and providing a very high level of customer service, all of which she incorporates into her real estate business.
After purchasing, renovating, renting and selling a number of her own homes and real estate property investments, Lisa realized how much she enjoyed all the various aspects of real estate. Following her dream in 2002, she obtained her Florida real estate license and went to work with a leading Coldwell Banker office in St. Pete Beach. She specializes in homes, condos, townhomes, new construction and waterfront properties along the Gulf Coast beaches and around the Tampa Bay area. Lisa also worked as a Sales Manager for The Condo Store, a division of Coldwell Banker specializing in on-site condominium sales. She currently works for KBHome of Tampa, a new home developer.
