Hello! I have been in the real estate industry for 2 years and I really enjoy it. I mostly deal with friends and family and referrals, I don't do much advertising. I am intrigued with how house-hunting has become so virtual and hope to become more involved with that aspect. While I'm no techie, I am trying to catch up! I recently co-oped on a listing in Collingswood (awesome town!) and currently have 2 active listings, a residential 3 bedroom in Wash Twp andI'm co-listing a commercial 6,000 sf building in Pennsauken. One of the things I like most about real estate is marketing the properties. I love creating flyers and ads, staging and photographing the home and hosting open houses. I understand that buying/selling a home is a very emotional transaction and I always keep that in mind. The lines of communication are always open!
