Hello! I am a professional real estate agent in the Greater Columbia SC market. I specialize in Lake Murray, Irmo, Chapin and Columbia. As a native of SC, I am familiar with the many areas of Columbia and surrounding communities. | When we started looking for property in the Lake Murray area, we soon realized that we would need help. We live in the Atlanta area and found it increasingly difficult to locate properties on our own. Lisa Cloyd was recommended to us and we relied heavily on her expertise. Since we were driving to SC from out of town, she had our house- hunting schedule carefully arranged. Lisa smoothly guided us through the entire process of purchasing a home, managed the closing when we were not present, and provided additional assistance with arranging necessary repairs.
