Linda Welsh, is a Principal owner with Linda Welsh Auction & Realty Group, a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Texas as well as a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Texas (TX Auc Lic # 15205).   Linda's Real Estate career started with selling residential real estate in Dallas, Texas and prior to that in the mortgage banking business in New York State. 

Linda has vast experience in both Relocation and in marketing Luxury Properties.  As a Million Dollar Guild Member, Linda has sold many properties in the $1 million + range and has represented many buyers who are relocating to Texas.  With first hand experience in relocation, she provides a unique perspective in what concerns and questions buyers may have as they explore, search and find their new home.  (Linda has lived in the Northeast, the midwest and the south over the last 30 years - calling Texas home for the last 16 of those 30 years) 

Linda and Leo and their team provide services in Real Estate and Real Estate Auctions throughout Texas and are members of eight Boards of Realtors.  Along with traditional real estate, they sometimes provide services for special properties with "Hybrid" auction listings to many savvy sellers seeking accelerated, targeted and aggressive marketing in order to sell their properties quickly and efficiently.   

Combining her expertise and talents in both traditional Real Estate and the Auction industry provide her clients with innovative, timely and tailor-made solutions to their Real Estate and Auction needs.  Linda is also an active speaker, fundraiser and consultant in the Real Estate and Auction community giving classes and seminars to interested attorneys, estate specialists.
