| I have worked with Linda Tom for few years now. She helps me manage my properties in Union City. When I wanted to sell one of the property it was very obvious choice for me given my experience with Linda. - Linda had good insight of the market and sales happening in the building. - She discussed the strategy and expectations. She is extremely professional and well connected. - It literally took less than 48hrs to get the first offer at full list price. The pricing was above my expectations as well. - I worked with Linda remotely and never had to meet her personally from start to finish of this transaction. - Linda has good connections with lawyers, inspectors and the building department. She recommended me the lawyer and it worked very smoothly. She worked with lawyers to make they have the right paperwork. - There were issues on the property regarding certificates from the county. Linda went out of the way to get all the approvals from building and fire department and paid all the fees upfront on my behalf. She worked with me throughout the sale process and the entire process was very transparent in spite of complications. - I am extremely satisfied with Linda's work that I am already in contract with her to sell another property. If you are looking for a realtor you can trust in Weekhawken/Hoboken/Union City I would strongly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. |

| I own over 20 real estate properties and have dealt with several agents. Linda is by far the best. She was able to efficiently understand our wants and needs and give us targeted listing that fulfilled those. We were so pleased with her experience, expertise and results that I have enlisted her exclusively to expand our real estate portfolio within the areas she covers. Linda was all over every aspect of this sale. | We made contact with Linda via a friend to show us around the New Jersey waterfront areas across from Manhattan. She was welcoming to us and more importantly based on only a couple of short phone calls she identified the "right kind" of places for us. We decided to buy one of the condos she showed us and here is where the above and beyond the call of duty comes. Since we were living in another country at the time (and had only visited the area to search) we needed Linda to do much more than the 'usual'. She was our hands & feet and wrangled the lawyer, inspector, other agents and more that allowed us to pull the deal off from a distant continent. | Linda is an amazing, and most definitely an expert in the area she works in. My supervisor sent her contact information to me highly recommending her, and she has lived up to her reputation! I was looking for apartments in the Weehawken/Port Imperial/West New York area and was losing hope. I contacted Linda in the morning and within a few hours she had pulled together several listings in the area I wanted to live, but most importantly within the budget I wanted to stay in (in fact, she found me a deal to save 2-months of rent!). Since I am currently in Florida she even took time out of her day to go look at the apartment I was interested in to give me her opinion of the space.
