I have been in the Mortgage Banking Industry Since 1985.   I have qualifications in all areas of mortgage banking; funding, escrow, processing secondary marketing and loan officer.  With my knowledge I am able to close your loan quicker with less fall out problems than your average loan officer.  With my knowledge I can work out the problems upfront faster than a loan officer with limited experience in all areas of processing a loan file.  I have Top Producer and Excellent Customer Service Awards.
