After 18 years in real estate I still love this business and the clients I get to meet and if I am lucky, have as friends as well. Even with all the technology now available and the Internet resources that grow minute by minute for buyers and sellers this still remains a hands on business. You still need the personal touch and expertise that only a knowledgeable and experienced Realtor can give you. Real estate is like every other occupation - sure we can all learn on You Tube or from the Internet how to change a car battery, or how to do home repairs or even be your own lawyer, etc. but to really get the results you want you need someone that works in the field to get the job done properly. Yes there are a lot of agents out there but why not work with one who "knows the ropes." I prefer to be there for my clients and this means I may not be the biggest lister of property or the highest in volume of sales, because I chose to limit my business so that I can give you the attention you need when you need it. Real estate is so much more than planting a sign in the lawn and putting the property in MLS or writing a contract to purchase - it is a commitment of time and attention to details to close the deal. This is my commitment to you - you will have my time and my experience when you need it.

I enjoy working with all sorts of buyers and sellers from first time buyers to move up buyers and sellers. Each requires a different skill set and I enjoy the challenge. Real estate is a lot like a jigsaw puzzle (I am an avid puzzler of all sorts - Sudoku, Mah Jong, Jigsaw, Crosswords) you give me the pieces and I put them together for you to ensure the perfect transaction.
