Linda Atkinson holds a GRI designation and a BS in Business Administration and is the Group Leader and Marketing Director for the Atkinson Group. She is also the Sales Manager for the Agency responsible for the Agency's business development training program for the associates, and she coordinates the Agency's recruiting efforts. According to Linda, the team approach provides superior service to our customers. We have an comprehensive marketing program for customers including virtual tours, cable and print advertising, and internet marketing. And, with the extensive use of technology in our marketing and support systems, we have greater control over the business and more consistent and timely communication with our customers. Our group specializes in residential including waterfront, single and multi-family homes, gated communities, condos, vacant land, and commercial. Each member of our team has unique talents and areas of expertise to effectively work with buyers, sellers, or investors. Our members have relocated to Southwest Florida and have connections in New York (Long Island), Pennsylvania (Philadelphia), Texas (Dallas), and Oklahoma.
