I have a BS degree from Syracuse University, with concentrations in marketing, business and art. For 30 years, I have been purchasing, renovating or building and selling real estate in New Jersey, California, Florida and the British Virgin Islands.
Now, I am doing this professionally! Through my own experiences, I have found that the one crucial key in successful transactions is COMMUNICATION. It is my committment to remain front and center communicating with my clients and all those involved in the real estate transaction.
My art background, concentrating on Interior Design, gives me the added edge to assist my clients in staging their homes for sale, or envisioning improvements to homes they are considering for purchase.

Susan has lived in Sarasota for 7 years, both South Sarasota and now in the Longwood Run/University Parkway corridor.
She has worked on Main Street, Lakewood Ranch and is knowledgable about this VERY popular new area. She continuously attends seminars and webinars so that her knowledge base is always up to date.
Susan particularly enjoys all of the cultural aspects of Sarasota and regularly attends stage productions, concerts, and special events like Music on Main, street festivals, Farmer's Market, etc.
The beaches are her favorite places to be when not working. Siesta Key, Lido, Holmes Beach, etc. If you want to find that special spot to put your toes in the sand, ask SUSAN!
