I have been a resident of Brevard County since 1989 and I can't think of anywhere else I would rather live. My previous employment as a software engineer for Harris Corporation in Melbourne & Cape Canaveral, and as a Brevard County Team Leader for a non-profit organization, has increased my knowlege of the area and its residents. I love working in Real Estate and I consider it a priviledge to serve buyers and sellers during such an important time in their lives.

| We were moving from Utah to Florida, and needed help finding a place to live. A friend of ours recommended Laura, and so we have had Laura help us find a place to rent, and then find a place to buy. When looking for a place to rent, she would send us rental listings and helped us find a place in a good neighborhood. We began looking for a house in December of 2012 and had strict criteria that we wanted to meet. Laura would listen to what we wanted and was never pushy. She would only send us listings that met those criteria even if she had a different opinion about it. Our criteria were a house built either before 1980 or after 2006 that was close to my job, and a safe neighborhood. We also wanted a house that was below $150,000. Because of this criteria, our options were pretty limited, but with the houses that we decided to view, Laura was very aware of anything that was a potential problem for the house, and always gave us good advice. One example of this was when we viewed a foreclosure that was built in 2005. The house had noticeable water damage to the ceiling of a covered porch, and the scent of mold in the house. She showed us damage that he house contained and helped us make an informed decision on whether or not to make an offer on the house. After deciding that we wanted new construction, Laura made us aware of things we could do to maximize the life of our home and receive insurance breaks. She came to a walk-through for it on a holiday (Memorial Day), and really did a nice job and making sure that the work was done right. She would even drive by to see the progress that was being made on the new home. If you are in need of a Realtor, or are dissatisfied with your current one, then I would recommend Laura because of her hard work, patience, honesty, and the fact that she isn't pushy. You will not be disappointed. |
